Antiqly for Chrome

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 18, 2026 · Last updated: October 18, 2026

These terms apply to the Antiqly for Chrome extension and its paid plans, provided by Obzena LLC, 30 N Gould St #45213, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Antiqly for Chrome you agree to them.

1. The service

Antiqly for Chrome identifies antiques, vintage items and collectibles in images you choose on web pages and gives an estimated secondhand value range. Identification requires an active paid plan.

2. Plans, billing and renewal

Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply. Plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. An identification is one image sent for identification; images that turn out not to show an item are not counted (up to 10 per period). Unused identifications do not carry over. We may change prices for future periods with notice before your next renewal.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from “Manage subscription” in the extension's settings (Stripe customer portal) or by emailing hello@obzena.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide to refund at our discretion (for example, a duplicate charge or a service failure on our side). Removing the extension does not cancel your subscription.

4. Estimates, not appraisals

Identifications and value ranges are produced automatically by AI from a single image and may be wrong. They are not an appraisal by a qualified appraiser, they do not confirm authenticity and they do not promise any value, and they are not suitable for insurance, tax, legal or estate purposes. Verify marks, condition and authenticity in person or with a qualified specialist before buying or selling. Prices shown on the page you are viewing are the seller's asking prices and are not checked by Antiqly.

5. Acceptable use

Use Antiqly only on images you are allowed to view and share with a service provider. Do not use it to break the law or infringe others' rights, or to overload, reverse engineer, resell or abuse the identification service (including automated requests outside the extension). We may suspend plans that are used this way.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Antiqly for Chrome is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on an identification or value estimate. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the extension and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. We may end the service with reasonable notice; if we do, we will refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections.
