We usually answer within one business day.
Please include your Chrome version, the page you were on and, if it is about a payment, the email you used at checkout. Phone: +1 307 200 0564.
Right-click the photo and choose “Identify with Antiqly”. The side panel opens with the result. You can also press Alt+Shift+A (or right-click the page and choose “Pick an image on this page to identify”) and click any image. Or paste an image address in the side panel.
Some sites block other apps from reading their images. Antiqly then asks our server to download it, and as a last resort crops it from the visible part of the tab, so keep the image on screen and try again. Opening the image in its own tab (right-click → Open image in new tab) and identifying it there also helps.
Antiqly is an AI estimate from one photo. It is most reliable when the item, its marks and its condition are clearly visible. It names a maker only when a mark, signature or documented pattern supports it; otherwise it says “in the style of” or “consistent with”. Use “What to check next” and, for valuable pieces, a specialist.
It is the AI's estimate of what comparable items typically sell for secondhand (online marketplaces, regional auctions, dealers), not the asking price on the page and not an insurance value. Change the currency in Settings.
Open Settings in the side panel and click “Manage subscription” to open the Stripe customer portal, or email us. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Removing the extension does not cancel the subscription.
Keep the side panel open: it unlocks within a few seconds of payment. If it doesn't, open the plans, click “Restore purchase” and enter the email you used at checkout to get a code. Restore also works on another computer or Chrome profile (up to 3).
Weekly plans include 50 per week; Annual plans 60 per month. Images that don't show an item (a logo, a banner) aren't counted, up to 10 per period.
