These terms apply to the PDF Xtension Chrome extension and its paid plans, provided by Obzena LLC, 30 N Gould St #45213, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By installing or using PDF Xtension you agree to them.
PDF Xtension lets you merge, split, organize, compress and convert PDF files and images in your browser, and translate PDFs with AI. Installing the extension is free; using its tools requires an active paid plan. There is no free tier and no free trial.
Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply. Plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. An “AI translation page” is one page of a PDF that contains text and is sent for translation; pages without text are not counted. Unused AI pages do not carry over. We may change prices for future periods with notice before your next renewal.
You can cancel anytime from the “Manage” button in the extension (Stripe customer portal) or by emailing hello@obzena.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide to refund at our discretion (for example, a duplicate charge or a service failure on our side). Removing the extension does not cancel your subscription.
You keep all rights to your files. PDF tools run on your device. For AI translation, you give us and our service providers permission to process the text you send only to provide the translation (see the Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to process the documents you use with PDF Xtension.
Do not use PDF Xtension to break the law, infringe others' rights, remove protections from documents you are not entitled to modify, or to overload, reverse engineer, resell or abuse the translation service (including automated requests outside the extension). We may suspend plans that are used this way.
Translations are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete, and the layout may differ from the original where translated text needs more space. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other critical decisions without review by a qualified person.
PDF Xtension is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for loss of data. Keep copies of your original files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update the extension and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. We may end the service with reasonable notice; if we do, we will refund the unused part of a prepaid period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections.
